Global Communities has put in place a strategic management and operational system that allows for proper oversight and monitoring of its activities. An integral part of this overall system is the procurement compliance policy implemented by Global Communities. This policy, complimented by various tools and procedures, ensures that the organization’s procurement activities are compliant with donor requirements and international procurement standards. In addition, we continue to monitor best practices within the industry, and adapt our systems, policies, and tools as appropriate.
